Karen Ng

Senior Director, Corporate Finance

Karen is the Senior Director, Corporate Finance at GRST. In her role, she is responsible for planning, leading, and managing a broad range of complex projects centered around treasury, corporate and project financing, financial planning and managing execution of financial solutions with external financial relationships.

Prior to joining GRST she was a director at WYNG43, a Social Investment impact fund. Additionally, she was previously VP at both Bain Capital and JP Morgan.

Karen is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is a non-executive board member of Gold Peak Technology Group, a Hong Kong listed battery company.
